Alternately, residents may submit an online referal request form. The packet(s) will be mailed to the requestor with information describing the steps involved in becoming a registered family day care provider, a licensed group day care provider, or a licensed child care center. Saginaw, Bay & Arenac county residents can call the 4C Office to inquire about the trainings offered throughout the year by 4C. Alternately, providers may browse child care training classes and submit a registration form electronically. Providers who are participants of the 4C computerized database routinely receive training registration information and/or quarterly newsletters that include a calendar of events with future training information.
